France is attracting investors from all over the world, and you might not want to miss the golden opportunity. If you are considering buying French property, consider the Languedoc Roussillon region and particularly the town of Beziers. The area is poised to be a potential property investment hotspot. Even the French Estate Agents Federation has predicted big things for the Languedoc property market.
The reasons behind the appreciation of this region are the possibility of a low cost flight connecting the UK with this town, as well as the launch of new restaurants and shopping centres. To the north of the area, there are rolling hills of vineyards; to the south, there are beaches. The area is pleasantly situated on the Canal du Midi.
